Caring for your Suburban can be a fun, challenging, and interesting experience. And we have set up this webpage specifically to help you find the right products to help you enhance this experience.
Compare a grungy, dirty Suburban to a washed, polished and well-cared for vehicle. The difference is striking.
We have car washes that are tough on dirt but easy on the finish and on the environment. We also carry special bug removers that will eliminate quickly and completely the dead bug bodies that have accumulated on your windshield, hood and grille. (Incidentally, never use an abrasive cleanser anywhere on your Suburban.) Once you have thoroughly washed your Suburban, find a polish or wax that suits you and go to it.
Don't forget wheels and tires. We have wheel cleaners that are especially effective for removing brake dust. Who wants to see their wheels and rims covered with black, gritty brake dust? Use these super-efficient cleaners to remove it and make your wheels, rims and tires look really great.
Now moving on to your Suburban's interior - we have excellent vinyl cleaners for the dash, consoles, door accents, pedals, and other areas. These vinyl treaters will make all of the vinyl areas shine.
OK. Now on to glass and mirrors. Our cleaners do such a great job. They make glass and mirrors sparkle so your Suburban looks fantastic from the inside or from the outside.
Don't forget that we carry kits that include many of the products mentioned above, from tire care to final waxes and polishes.
Your upholstery and carpet deserves special attention. There are many specialty cleaners out there from which you can choose, and we carry some that are especially formulated for leather and cloth. Also shop for stain eliminators. These remove stains from fabric and leather. Our fabric/carpet repair kits fix holes, burns, tears, and rips on carpeting, mats, and upholstery. Check them out.
Let's pause a minute to talk about a simple vehicle care issue: tire pressure. Keeping tires inflated properly can increase gas mileage by two miles to the gallon. It is wise to check pressure on all four tires at least once every 30 days. Our parts suppliers have high-tech electronic pressure gauges to help you do this. But there's good news - the new Chevrolet Suburbans have an automatic tire pressure monitoring system, which allows you to check tire pressure from inside the vehicle and makes the job of keeping your tires inflated properly much easier.
